Bully Patrol School Program

This program was created and designed by Debbie while working in an elementary school. She developed this program as a way of getting students more involved in making their school bully free. Because the students’ response in the schools in which it was introduced was so overwhelming, she decided to make it available to all schools. It was designed for grades 1-6.

What you will receive:

  • A detailed description of the program.
  • Statistics on bullying behavior.
  • Ideas for recruiting students.
  • Training materials.
  • Reproducible forms for students and parents.
  • Pre-written announcements.
  • 50 specially designed Bully Patrol badges.

The cost of the above listed materials is $350.

The cost of getting Debbie to visit your school, assess the level of bullying (via a questionnaire to the students and personnel), train students to be members of the Bully Patrol and / or present findings to your school board or administrative personnel starts at $750.

Comedic Parenting Education Program

Tired of lack luster parenting seminars talking about the same old topics? Wouldn’t it be great to attend a parenting workshop and laugh the entire time? If you answered yes to these questions, have we got the show for you!  Debbie’s wholesome and humorous stand-up routine is a must see for parents or grandparents or those thinking about becoming a parent or those who never want to be a parent…you get the idea. She will have you laughing and even going, “hmm,” as she tells you entertaining stories and throws in a bit of parenting advice to boot.

Discipline Techniques: For Lunch, Recess and Classroom Aides

Most schools have no formal training program for support staff. Are you among this group? If so, this workshop is exactly what you need. By providing this valuable information to your support staff you will not only improve the “energy” in your school, but you will demonstrate, to your support staff, that they are truly valued.

This workshop will help your support staff assess a situation, choose the correct discipline technique/approach, and put it into action. This workshop has been known to help reduce the number of discipline situations that your teachers have to handle, especially following recess and lunch.

Typically, a 2-hour presentation, but can be adjusted to fit your needs.

Laugh For the Health of It

Debbie has created a comedic wellness presentation that is a breath of fresh air. Her stories are heartfelt, humorous, and very relatable. She  encourages laughter as a form of emotional medicine and along the way offers tips and tricks to do life a little differently.

If you have a group that you’d like to entertain, Debbie is the person you want! Call 978-257-8062 for details about this fun, informative and humorous presentation.

Organize For the Health of It

Debbie’s sister, Dawn Noble, is a nurse and professional organizer. Dawn wrote the book, “how to start a home-based Professional Organizing Business.”  (See my Resources page.)  This workshop was developed with direct assistance from Dawn. This workshop will show you how to add simplicity and order to your life, which may carry over and heal you in ways you didn’t know possible. Quite often, our environments reflect what’s going on emotionally and physically inside our bodies. What is your environment saying about your health? Come and learn the basics of de-cluttering and organizing your home. You can apply this approach with any room in your home and completely transform your living space and your life! Feel the health benefits from living organized, living easier.

Purposeful Parenting

This is a wonderful workshop for anyone who would like to add a few techniques to their parenting bag of tricks. By utilizing some simple exercises, Debbie can help you to possibly view situations differently, which can be beneficial to both you and your family. Make the little things you say and do for your children mean so much more, by simply adding a few techniques to your parenting repertoire. This is a fun and interactive workshop. It can be arranged through your PTA/PTO or school. Give them a call and tell them about this unique workshop.

Typically presented as a series of three, 90 min. workshops, but can be designed to fit your needs.

Success Circle

This group is for anyone who is interested in developing and attaining personal goals. You will learn how to formulate goals in different areas of your life and be coached on how to attain your goals with the least amount of resistance. Since much of the resistance that we experience is self-inflicted, subconscious techniques will be utilized to enhance individual success.

If you find yourself in the familiar place of wandering through life without a plan and would like to have a more intentional direction, then give this group a try. Who knows, you may discover your true passion in life or at the very least figure out how to get things going in a more positive direction.

You will learn techniques that you can use for the rest of your life. The activities utilized are both time-honored and innovative, ensuring the best results possible. This is an eye opening, self-discovery workshop. One you will not want to miss out on.

This is a time-limited, closed group, so you will have the added support of those working on similar goals and sharing their experiences along the way. It has been shown that working with the encouragement of others is more likely to culminate in success rather than working alone.

Discover how to…

  • set goals and achieve them
  • point your life in a more positive direction
  • enhance your business, work life or career
  • develop and enjoy positive and uplifting relationships
  • “get out of your own way”

This group meets once a month for six (6) months, in 3 hour sessions. If you miss a session you can access it via a taped video on Drop Box.

$75 per session

10% discount if you pay for all 6 sessions in advance

The Power of Positive Thinking

Positive thinking seems to be all the rage right now. People everywhere are talking about its purported benefits; health and financial to mention two.  Is it true or a just a bunch of hokus pocus? Debbie believes that thinking in a positive manner can bring about helpful changes in one’s life. By attending this workshop Debbie can assist you in becoming a more positive minded individual. You will learn how to speak and think in a manner that will increase your chances of accomplishing your personal goals. You will learn to identify where you are creating “stinkin’ thinkin’” and eliminate it at its source.

This is designed as a two part course; the intention being that you will put into action the techniques you learn the first night and report your experiences on the second night.

Wheels in Motion

This program was designed, developed and is presented by Debbie. This 6-week program is geared towards kids and their families who could benefit from increased activity and nutritional counseling and/or for kids who could use techniques to improve their social skills.  Or for kids who just want to learn how to ride a bike.

The youth participants meet once a week for 6 weeks, 2 1/2 hours each session. They learn bicycling skills, safety and maintenance techniques, and go for rides on local bicycle trails.  No prior riding experience necessary.

Each child will receive a refurbished bicycle, many of which are donated through the Worcester Earn-a-Bike program, which they get to keep at the conclusion of the program. They will also get a new helmet.  (Child must attend a minimum of 5 sessions and parent must attend a minimum of 3 cooking sesssions in order to keep bike.)

During 4 of the six weeks the adults will gather in the kitchen, of the Listening Wellness Center, to learn about nutrition and to prepare healthy snacks and meals. After the kids return from riding, families dine together and discuss what they’ve learned that day.

Wheels in Motion can accommodate up to 12 kids per session. Each family must consist of a minimum of one adult and one child.  The total cost of the program is $400 per adult/child pair; $150 for an additional child family member.

Families eligible for free or reduced lunch can request a scholarship.
